Cool-Ties are long fabric tubes - about 45 inches long and 2 inches wide, with pockets containing water-absorbing crystals. When soaked in water, and tied around your head or neck, they help keep you cool through evaporation. The Ships Project sends these items to ships and ground troops during the hot summer months.
